Today we headed up to Lindsay to visit my husbands cousin and her new baby girl Payton who was born on December 31st 2011. The morning was going great we left the house early we had time to stop for a coffee....then it went bad real fast! We ended up getting a speeding ticket really it was on 28 over not that bad right? After are run in with the OPP we had a great visit with my husbands cousin and her husband and Grace and Payton got to hang out and the adults got to talk baby talk. Okay so I know Valentines Day is still a few weeks away, but I figured it was a great time to shoot Grace's Valentines Day photos. The first part of the shoot went great..she had just ate and was fast asleep.Many parents want there newborns photos taken with there eyes open. I have found that usually when they have open eyes they seem to CRY...ALOT! So needless to say we had to do the second part of her photo shoot over a few hours...but seeing how I'm the photographer that was not a problem at all. On a side note I have found that having an extra pair of hands while shooting a new born session is a must have. This was my first shoot with Grace without my husband to help me...and trust me it was not easy!January 18th 2012
Okay as we all know I've been missing in action that last few months. But for those that are close to me all know that I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl on December 6th 2011. Grace Marjorie Lynn Bush was born at 6:37 AM weighing 5 pounds, 13 ounces and 20 inches long. Now that I am being a stay at home mom and loving it I have had the chance to take lots and lots of photos of Grace. She will be the most photographed baby out there. Over the past few weekends I've been shooting a lot of Family photos. It's my favorite time of the year to take photos with all the amazing colours. These next two shoots were both taken at Durham Forest on Thanksgiving weekend. The weather was great!October 5th 2011
I had the great opportunity to take photos of one of my best friends new baby girl.
